Apparently

Seth's new word this week is apparently. He is even using it correctly. There is just something intellectual about a 5 year old saying apparently.

Kam's broken leg

Yep, that's right, Kamryn has a broken leg. At least that is what the doctors think. Her leg was really hurting her last Thursday so I took her to the doctor and they took x-rays. Turns out her soft tissue is too swollen to see what is going on so they put her in a splint and we go to see an orthopedist on Wednesday for them to do more x-rays.

How did it happen you all ask?... Older child holding her and then putting her down not quite right. Her legs folded underneath her but 20 lbs is heavy on a little baby leg. Word to the wise, there is no reason for a child younger than 10 years old (and even 10 is pushing it) to pick up and carry the baby.

She will heal and all will be fine. I will update you on Wednesday.
